Originally built in 1903 as furniture warehouses, the property was later occupied by Moore Grocery and Produce, Brookshire Brothers, Sledge's Clothing and Tyler Candle Company. In 2002, it was recognized as a historical landmark. Some of our beautiful apartment homes have the original brick, beams, and hardwood flooring.
