For nearly 25 years, I've delivered science, health and wellness education at conferences, workshops, school campuses and other venues throughout the United States and Canada and have shared my work in the form of magazine articles, blogs and radio interviews as well. My University degree is in Environmental Science and I'm also a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Instructor, Holistic Nutrition Consultant and ordained Minister.
