Awlfu place when i moved out they took 40% of my original deposit do not trust them at all in my case the apartment was sparkling clean so they had make stuff up my apartment was at 3503 linden ave And the managers Name is Mike Don't Trust him very fraudulent person who likes to talk over people stay away from GJ Propertys

Very bad property rental company and horrible staff, they give no time nothing before sending vacate notice on top they will all the deposit and add more damages done to their property and send payment dues like around 5k if you don't pay, they put this under collection center. Horrible company to rent from in long beach, it was nightmare dealing withy them.

I would avoid any monetary dealings with this organization. Once you move in, this company will raise your rent continually and their business practices are not in the interest of the client, only for the benefit of the company. Lori Williamson is ruthless and dishonest in her dealings with her tenants. She lied to us about returning our full deposit and we were charged hundreds of dollars only two weeks later. She is ruthless financially and her son who (is a mess and manages our building) has had the police called on him for his behavior in with his family. There's a great deal of disorder

Sadly, I'm downgrading by a few stars. Some things are still addressed/replaced if they feel the need, but am noticing....as are some of the neighbors....that not everything we bring up is getting addressed as it should. We get the impression sometimes the person we report it doesn't always take things seriously. Whatever it is, it's obviously important to us or we wouldn't have brought it up and it would be nice to get a response or follow-up regardless of what the issue might be.

Your family will likely get ill and suffer from extreme cases of mold! Just in late December 2016 2 of my neighbors and I had a mold test come back positive
For black mold! All my kids are sick, I'm sick with back aches and the blood test my family and I took came back positive for mold and lead poisoning! If you are a newlywed don't start your marriage in this rotten building! If you have a newborn or are expecting a child do not move here! It's noisy, the building is old, the drywall is cracked hence why we problem have loads of mold growing in every room
