Now open and leasing our newest building, The Cascade is downtown Sioux Falls' newest loft community in the Uptown Neighborhood. The Cascade boasts 197 lofts including two-level, townhome-style lofts, accessible commercial space for dining and shopping, and amenities like a courtyard and fitness center.
Our community is a short walk from Falls Park, near biking and jogging trails, and across from the Levitt Shell outdoor music venue. Underground parking will make your commute a breeze, and downtown landmarks like the Washington Pavilion and Phillips Avenue sculpture walk are a few minutes away.

Can't say enough about the staff here, absolutely amazing people! By far the best apartment complex in SD. Seriously, these people are running a luxury hotel that you get to live in, the Cleaning Staff, Maintenance, and Property Management are super friendly and readily available to help ( huge S/O Dylan Stock). The convenience factor in the place is pretty unreal. **** Also free Starbucks Coffee****

So you know my background, I’m 37 and never rented before, I’ve only owned homes, acreages and lake properties. I’m full time military and have traveled the world and also am a landlord of a good amount of properties.
My life let me try a bucket list opportunity and that was to live in a downtown setting. I chose the Cascades for my first time I was paying rent. Living here as blown all my expectations out of the water. First the amenities which I wont even include them all just my FAVS, car wash underground in parking garage, dog wash station, grocery store, brewery, salon, dog park, COFFEE

We lived at the Cascade for 6 months. For us, it was a fine temporary place to live. Definitely not a home. We were very happy to move on. I'll share the pros and cons, so if you are considering living here, you can consider each and what is best for you.
Pros:
1. The management (especially Dylan.) — They were very personable, friendly, and responsive and for sure the best thing about living here. Five stars for that team!
2. The amenities. — I particularly liked having the various community rooms available to reserve which I used a couple of times. They are very nice. Of course, things

Cascade at the Falls is a great place until you try and pay with a credit card your rent. In the lease agreement it states you can pay with a credit card. No where else does it state you will be charged a service fee in the lease but in the portal they tell you that you need to use a popup surprise tells you now you do? So I suggested I'd just call in my credit card info and again now the next surprise is they tell me the fee still applies. I disagree and if you have the same struggle and lease as I do without any mention of a service fee I wouldn't pay it if I was you. Just a point in that they
