I’m downright thrilled I chose to book my first professional massage at studio 11! First of all, the environment is beautiful. I was relaxed right away. Everyone is super friendly and positive, it’s actually reassuring to know people can be so kind. Danielle was amazing. I’m kind of at a loss for words, I felt so relaxed the whole time and enjoyed every second. I’d more than happily recommend her and Studio 11 as a whole. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I have been here for a deep tissue massage twice.. It was terrific! Danielle is a wonderful massage therapist and I would highly recommend you coming to see her for a deep tissue. She explains everything thoroughly and is very caring . She even showed me stretches that I need to do to help my back. You won't regret for a moment coming here for a deep tissue or for requesting her to give you one! I'm already booking my next appointment in 4 weeks!!

After moving from Texas where I had my hair done by the same woman since I was 10, I had severe anxiety about finding a stylist here. Allie was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. I will absolutely use her for any and all hair needs as long as I live in the area and will certainly book other services at Studio 11. It's a great location and very clean. They are doing everything they can to make sure people are both safe and services are rendered. Very happy with my results and my visit!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Nicole was professional, on time, and made the experience memorable. After going to the same salon for over 20 years, it was hard to take the plunge and try a new salon. But this salon was up for the challenge and exceeded my expectations. The salon is incredibly clean and maintained, they offer a multitude of services that I will be sure to take advantage of on future visits. I had only an idea in my head and Nicole made it a reality. I look forward to my next visit in a few months!

I received a package of 6 facials as a gift, purchased at the salon. At the first appt. my services were performed by an aesthetician who smelled like she had scrubbed up in a dirty ashtray. It was completely nauseating. The next 2 appts were done by Rayna, who was truly wonderful. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. After using only 3 of the six purchased, and being told that the services did NOT expire, the owner changed her mind. In fairness to her, it had been quite awhile since I was in last. Still, their record keeping is a mess. It took days for her to locate any info only

My hair color was a disaster. While I was offered the opportunity to come back for 'touch up' there was no way I was letting Heather touch my hair again. I asked for blonde highlights and after 3 hours in the chair, I had to stop the madness....just spent $190 at another salon to fix the mess of blue and orange hair and am happily my highlighted blonde as I had requested from Studio 11. Too bad, as nice folks at salon.

I just got my permanent eyeliner (top and bottom) and permanent lipliner done at Studio 11 by the lovely owner, Ann. Although it is the first day and I'm a bit swollen, I can already tell that it's beautiful and exactly what I wanted! :)
She patiently helped me select the right lip liner color to achieve the natural but enhanced look I was going after. Ann also remembered that I prefer my eyeliner a bit wider on the outer edges of both my top and bottom lids.

I went this past week to get permanent makeup, (eyebrows) done. I had it done before at another salon and this service was by far superior! Not only do they look fantastic (which is amazing!) But there was no pain. At my other salon visit, even tho there was a pain free ointment, it was painful and this time none!! Bonus! Just goes to show you beauty doesn't need to be painful.... lol. I highly recommend!!!!

I stopped in Studio 11 for a haircut without an appointment and they got me right in. Was very happy with the haircut the stylist (Ann) gave me. All the stylist were courteous and friendly. While there I realized the also do massages for a great price, 3 for $120 which I bought on the spot. I scheduled a massage for the next day and was very happy with the job the massage therapist (Getta) did. I've had many massages and this one rated close if not at the top of my list.

I only went here because someone gave me a groupon for a massage and I most likely will not go back. The place is not too appealing from the outside and the inside isn't the nicest either. It was pretty busy when I went and it was really loud inside. The massage room was not the nicest either. It was very empty and plain and I kept just felling like it was dirty or something. The room also must have been next to a break room or supply closet because I heard a tot of talking/laughter and sounds like boxes being thrown around during my massage. Kristen did my shellac mani. Finally after trying a number of places I find the diamond in the rough! On a Groupon too!!! Not sure what drugs the other reviewer was on, but looks nothing like a bar inside or out. I will definitely go back to Kristen and I might check out a massage after the great comments I overheard last night.

I like this place. I found out about it on groupon,, its not the most glamorous looking place, but its not dirty. Its a clean salon, they've got great deals... And if you don't want to pay way too much for salon services then this is the place to go. Everyone there is really nice and they really care about their customers. They've got all kinds of special deals and it would be very difficult to have a bad experience there. Don't listen to the other review. For the price you pay, you get stellar service.
