Dr. Phillips has been my doctor for many years.. but has also become my personal friend. He CARES, is emotionally invested, non-judgmental. He is one of the few doctors I've met who actually want to make a difference and help his patients. I love Dr. Phillips.

Dr. Phillips has helped me tremendously over the years since my car accident in 2011. He has a heart of gold and the patience of Job.
