This place has gone down the drain. It used to be good. Now it is beyond terrible. The entire staff seems to have changed. No one knows anything. They schedule me and when I show up they say sorry youre not in the system. Please come again, hah! Not to mention Ive been over charged and they have been telling me they will look into this for 3 months now! I will file a complaint with the BBB as well - beware and stay away. Find another PT.

I never leave reviews but I dont like being taken advantage of. Do not go to this place. Avoid at all costs!! I asked what it would cost and she said to will do an analysis when you get in. Then they tried to charge me $130 for 30 minutes. I ended up paying $90 because she said dont pay and we will send you to collections. The services were a little back work and then having me use a lacrosse ball to massage my own back against the wall, a foam roller and some chest stretching.

When I came to Rausch I was a basket case on a Walker. The staff here got me off my Walker to a cane and now I walk like a normal person. The people here genuinely care about you and that comes through with every session I attended. I'll always be grateful to these folks for giving me my life back.

I love this physical therapy office! I suffered with a frozen shoulder for two years and did two rounds of physical therapy at a different office and never got any relief from the pain. Within a couple weeks of starting pt with RENEE at Rausch Physical Therapy I started getting my range of motion back, no longer needed anti-inflammatories, and was almost pain free. Renee is the best!!! If you need physical therapy then this is your best choice.

Highly recommend. Dr. Renee is a healer! The environment at Rausch is very welcoming. The staff is professional, helpful and good people. This is the best PT experience and worth the trip if you're not local to South County. You'll wish you knew about them sooner!

One of the best PT I've been to. Not only was my problem fixed, but staff was friendly, helpful, and fun. It was like going to a PT spa! Diana was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rausch.
