Meet Our Team

Reed was born and raised and in Baton Rouge. In 2008 he was offered a position as Branch Manager of another staffing agency in the area. Responsibilities included sales, recruiting, and payroll. Always a people person, Reed became passionate about matching workers with jobs. He founded Tiger Labor & Staffing in 2013 with a vision to become the #1 labor provider in the Baton Rouge area.
