Back in the year 2000, B&D Transport Inc was established by Bruce Coufal. B&D was in the commodity business and hauled for many farmers and growers in the three-state area with live bottoms and walking floor trailers. In 2004 Dave Coufal came aboard and they diversified, buying the first step deck trailer and delivered freight throughout the lower 48 and western Canada.
As time went on they saw the need for more equipment and drivers was in demand, they added step decks, flat beds, dry vans and rgn's to the fleet along with more company drivers and owner operators. After time the ag market became flooded with commodity haulers and they decided to sell the live bottoms and walking floor trailers to concentrate on the new direction of B&D.
