A dog's eyes, like a person's, are very sensitive to unwelcome irritants. Care must be taken to ensure that shampoos and other products are not unintentionally introduced into the eyes. To avoid any issues here, We complete every task methodically and avoid careless mistakes. For very sensitive dogs, we sometimes use a gentle eye protecting solution that allows any unwanted substance to exit the eye before it is able to cause problems.
We also use a very gentle hypoallergenic, unscented, and tear-less shampoo on the face every dog I bathe. Remember, the pH of a dog's eye is different than that of a human's eye, so tear-less formulas for people won't work on pets. Whitening shampoo, also called bluing shampoo, is frequently harsher on the eyes than other types of shampoos.

Tip: The more you brush between groomings, the more comfortable your pet will be during his or her grooming appointment. Ask for a free brushing lesson at your next appointment!. Pricing is a bit tricky without being able to see the pet in person. Coat texture, length, condition, the dog's size, and even their behavior all go into determining how much a grooming will cost.
Home Grooming Tips
Report
See below for things you can do in between appointments or when you can't make it to the grooming shop! 1. Keep grooming sessions short. You want your pet to trust you, so end grooming sessions on a positive note, before your pet loses patience. 2. Have someone hold the leash while you work. Nothing makes grooming more challenging than having to chase your pet around the room!
