We will let you in 5 minutes before your appointment. Wear your mask into the office and into your massage room. Once we step out of the room, you can take the mask off while you are getting the massage. You will put it back on to check out. All gift certificates are good for a year from the day they were purchased. Gift certificates can be used for services only, tips cannot be given thru a gift certificate. Gift Certificates for the spa are transferable, not refundable. You must notify us when making an appointment that you will be using a gift certificate.
