Driver␙s Education

It's that easy - choose your location, pick the perfect schedule and register. Whether you are a high school student or adult learning to drive, our one-on-one driving lessons are designed as an inexpensive way to help you pass your driving test easily. Driving lessons are a great first step for new drivers, or licensed drivers, helping students to feel comfortable on the road, in traffic, and in a variety of weather conditions.
Driving Lessons

We offer lessons seven days a week with schedules during the day, night and on weekends. All driving lesson sessions are one-on-one, in two-hour increments and offer door-to-door service from your home, school, or work. We will teach you how to properly park, parallel park, back up in a straight line, controlled left-hand turns, controlled right-hand turns.
On-Site Road Testing

Must have completed the classroom or online 30-hour Joshua's Law course + 6 hours of driving lessons at A-1 Driving Schools*. You must take have taken Joshua's Law course, and the driving lessons, with A-1 Driving Schools in order to take the road test with A-1. We cannot accept testing students who have taken the courses and lessons at another school.
Scholarship Grant Program
Report
Apply for the Georgia Driver's Education Grant Scholarship Program and take your course at any of our 19, A-1 Driving School Locations, with no out-of-pocket cost to the student. The grant scholarship is available for anyone, 15 to 17 years old, interested in completing the Joshua's Law Driver'd Education requirement of 30 hours classroom and 6-hours driving lessons.
