Clients receive a comprehensive report with photos and repair recommendations, enabling informed negotiation and decision-making. We encourage client attendance during inspections for real-time education about property systems.
New Construction Inspection
We identify construction defects in newly built properties, finding an average 15-20 issues per inspection. Our process covers structural integrity, system functionality, and code compliance, providing buyers and sellers with actionable insights before final walkthroughs. Reports help prioritize corrections while warranties remain active.

This service helps property owners maximize warranty coverage by identifying issues before expiration. We conduct full-property assessments to document defects covered under builder warranties, allowing timely repairs and cost recovery. Our detailed reports serve as documentation for warranty claims.
Seller Inspection
Our seller inspections identify property deficiencies before listing, helping owners address issues that could delay sales. We provide repair recommendations and documentation to strengthen negotiation positions, with reports usable in buyer discussions to demonstrate transparency and property readiness.

I've Used Kestrel multiple times now and I've always been pleased with Tim's work. He does a damn good job for a reasonable price so its safe to say I will be using him again if I ever buy another house in the future.

Tim was excellent! I told my realtor that we needed the "best of the best!" for our current home inspection, after a nightmare experience with our previous home inspectors. Tim was affable, genuine, and extremely knowledgeable. It was obvious that Tim cared about the quality of his inspection and wanted us to be at peace about our home buying decision. Thank you Tim!

Tim is meticulous in his inspections and is concerned on doing a thorough job. Tim will contact me at times to get my opinion or thoughts on a roof that he may have questions on. I am more than happy to help out and prevent a new home owner from having any problems down the road with their roof. As I have seen this happen too many times. I wish Tim was around when I had my inspection done, as his report was much more complete than the one I had received. Time is very personable and easy to get along with and to communicate what is happening in an inspection. Troy, A Quality Roof Now
