Overhead Door Charlotte did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. They were very professional in scheduling the appointment and then executing the repair work. Harold, our technician worked through some challenges and got everything working again. Their charges for the work are also fair and reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or maintain their garage doors.

The tension spring on our garage door broke on Sunday night. I called first thing thing Monday and requested a call back. I called again mid-afternoon and a third time just before 5:00 pm requesting an emergency call be placed. No response. I called again Tuesday morning and placed an emergency call. NO response. Today is Wednesday. I placed another emergency request. THREE DAYS AND NO RESPONSE. I understand the company is short staffed. I undertand that parts are not available and it will be after Thanksgiving before a repair can potentially be done. What I DON'T understand is why no one has had

I received excellent service! An appointment was made earlier in the week and I was able to secure one 4 days later. The technician, Harold was terrific!! He was very courteous, personable, knowledgeable and arrived earlier than anticipated. He completed the job perfectly in a short time! He also gave me information concerning my garage doors, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely call upon Overhead Door for future needs and will let my family, friends and neighbors know what a great company this is. A very satisfied customer!!
