Our property management services are supervised by a Certified Property Manager(R) and licensed Broker. Each commercial property building and their individual tenant base is unique in its own way. Most of which have distinct tenants, for example, a retail shopping plaza may only be one building, but hosts a variety of businesses - each with their own needs.

Prior to completing the rental application, please carefully review the following criteria to determine your eligibility. Income Level Requirements: The gross income of at least 2 times the monthly rental rate is required for each applicant. Single Family Home Requires 30% of your total monthly gross income (before taxes), and must be equal or greater than the monthly rent of the property you are applying for.
