Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are an option for those who do not live in the area but would still like to discuss Chinese medicine treatment options. During a virtual consultation you will join a video chat to discuss your current concerns and medical history and your provider will develop a plan for treatment including lifestyle changes, diet modifications, herbal treatment, and anything else that may be relevant to your healing.

Weekly Qigong Classes

Every Thursday morning at 9:00 AM the Montford class is held at the Montford Recreation Center - 34 Pearson Dr, Asheville, NC 28801. These classes are outdoors when the weather is good and indoors for cold weather or rain. Sign up to be on the class list by submitting your information below; this class is free of charge and sporadic attendance is ok.

Retain an acupuncturist in your office by the hour or by the day. I offer acupuncture on site in a group setting where up to a dozen employees can get abbreviated treatments at once. Many companies choose to retain this service once per week for several hours as a "therapy day" for their employees.
