Just moved in but so far things seem to be well taken care of here. I have a ground floor apartment and there is little noise transfer from the upstairs neighbor. I did have to put in a maintenance request, which was promptly handled. The property manager listens to the tenants needs and really seems to care about her job. The midtown location is very convenient, as well.

It took a little bit due to not finding qualified and quality maintenance men, but my roof looks better than ever. My neighbors are amazing. I couldn't imagine being in a better apartment.

When I say that these apartments are NOT worth what they ask in rent I seriously mean that. I am having to pay dang near $700 a month plus ALL of the utilities. They say water is included but that is a scam because it is just added to your bill lol. All of the nice pictures you see on their website is a flat out lie and scam because this place is a dump and the soo called swimming pool is literally a safety hazard filled with swamp water and a cess pool for frogs and mosquitoes. They said that the pool is out because of COVID but after speaking to several neighbors they flat out said the pool has
