Bleu's Chef's Tastings are a one-of-a-kind, coursed tasting menu, created specifically for you and prepared by one of our talented chefs. Reservations can be made in the main dining room near the kitchen every night during dinner service. Additionally, the private event space on the 2nd level of Bleu is available with advanced booking for groups of 20+ and includes a full bar and dedicated service staff.
