Lori always takes the time to meet with me before every event we hold there and her staff go out of their way to provide excellent service. Lori, Sara and the whole staff are easy to work with and accommodating for any type of need that might arise during our events at the Hotel. The meeting rooms are bright and clean and and the food is wonderful.

Since 1917 the Hotel Ottumwa has been an elegant setting for social events big and small. The Grand Ballroom has been artfully restored to its original grandeur, boasting 17' ceilings and beautiful chandeliers, providing the perfect setting for your special event.
