We are now holding classes in Suite 10, literally one door down from our old studio, where we share a big space with Taekwondo. We offer all styles of yoga, from Beginner, to Basics, to Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Gentle, Flow, and Yoga as Therapy.

As an experienced yoga teacher, Elizabeth brings her whole heart, an ever-evolving education, and a firm belief that the spirit knows how to heal itself, provided we can become still enough to listen to it. Registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT500, Elizabeth has been a full-time yoga instructor for more than 12 years, accruing well over 10,000 teaching hours along her way.

There is a common misconception that yoga is primarily a form of exercise. Yoga is an ancient discipline that teaches awareness of breath, body, and spirit. Yes, we stretch and strengthen our bodies, but we do so in a meditative manner and this helps to quiet the mind. Yin - The Asanas (postures) are held for up to five minutes or longer, deep releasing connective tissue in the body.
