Breakfast Menu

Scrambled eggs, home fries, choice of bacon or sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, fresh cut fruit and assorted cereal with milk or assorted pastries. Juice and coffee, condiments and paper goods. We deliver and set up all necessary items and we set the food up buffet style. We provide chafing dishes to keep the food hot for serving and a member of our staff will pick all items at the completion of your event.
International Cuisine Menu

Chicken Parmesan, Beef Lasagna and Fettucine Alfredo, all prepared by our chef, served with roasted red potatoes, Italian vegetable medley, garlic bread, Caesar Salad and choice of dessert. Includes seasoned ground beef, soft and crunchy taco shells, Spanish rice, refried beans, tortilla chips, queso dip, salsa, diced onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream and choice of dessert.

Beef Brisket rubbed with the chef's own blend of seasonings and slow hardwood smoked for a minimum of 12 hours. Whole Chicken cut into pieces, rubbed with the chef's own blend of seasonings, then roasted to perfection. Shredded twin colors of cabbage with slivered carrots tossed with a creamy homemade Cole slaw dressing.

Fresh baked chocolate brownie, topped with chocolate mousse, shave chocolate and chocolate sauce. Key Lime Pie. Topped with whipped cream and sweet lime sauce, sprinkled with fresh lime zest. Any of our non-banquet menu's can be upgraded for a fee of $50.00 + $1.00 per person and the removal of dessert. The Barbecue menu and the build your own menu will be priced on an individual bases.
The wedding package includes real look disposable silverware rolled in a paper napkin, real look plastic dinner plate, real look plastic salad plate, pebbled glass beverage containers with iced tea, sweet tea and water, stainless steel coffee urns with regular and decaffeinated coffee, clear plastic cups for the cold beverages and real look plastic coffee cups.

Krista’s team catered my brothers outdoor wedding, which was 2 hours outside of Branson. The food was delicious, they provided a beautiful fruit and veggie spread alongside the appetizers, a drink table with a steady supply of ice throughout the whole 4 hours they were there, and a main course table with country fried steak, tilapia and green beans. The SERVICE really stood out though, Krista went above and beyond to make sure the food was hot and ready for the different waves of guests that came through. She even set aside a bride and groom plate when they were too busy to make it through the

We used Golden Caterings at our wedding. They were extremely polite, professional and truly cared about our needs on our special day. The food was amazing we had a breakfast buffet at 6 am and they were there early to set up the event! We were most impressed by the workers at our event. They took care of everything and made sure we were comfortable and that our guests were as well. We highly recommend these guys they are affordable and no amount of money can replace their amazing customer service.

Golden Caterings was amazing. They catered my wedding in February at the Branson Hotel this year and I had zero complaints. I planned the wedding from Oklahoma, so I was a bit nervous when it came to picking vendors out of state, but they made everything simple and I am so glad I went with this company. I was so busy getting everything ready the day of the wedding, but it was so refreshing that they set up and cleaned up everything without any hassle. Also the food tasted amazing. I ordered 5 extra plates just in case, and almost everything was gone by the end of the night. Thank you for providing

Golden Caterings catered a buffet dinner at the annual dinner of a national motorcycle club. With a bit over 100 people in attendance, we weren't huge, but wanted something nice. Golden Caterings sure treated us as if we were huge with superb customer service, and a superb dinner. These guys are the class act caterers in the Branson, MO area!!
