Im absolutely disgusted with not only how rude the staff is but with how awful the doctors are. I have had a bad experience with them multiple times but my sisters experience is worse. She took her cat there in an emergency and the doctor said she was fine. She gave the cat a steroid shot and sent them on their way. A few months later the same issue happens again with the cat. Turns out she is dying from heart failure and fluid is filling up her lungs along with becoming paralyzed in her back legs and the doctor completely dismissed this as a possibility because she believed her to be too
