Dr. Frazee was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. Through the course of his career he has realized many times that he pursued the best career choice as it combines two of his favorite things; talking to people and working with his hands! Dr. Frazee is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Implant Association.
First Visit

Our dental team looks forward to meeting you at your first visit. If you are joining us for a routine visit, our dental hygienist will perform a teeth cleaning. Following your cleaning, Dr. Frazee will complete a full comprehensive exam, including oral cancer screening, hard and soft tissue examination and full periodontal evaluation.
