Harbor Auto Body was started back in 1973 by Joseph Shank and his wife Elaine when they were 18 years of age. A small operation name Joe's Auto Body at the time with a passion for automobiles, Joseph and Elaine knew that with superior customer service they could be a leader in the automobile refinishing industry.
