I called to make appointment and got the answering machine. I understand they are busy, so I left a message with my name and number. Never got a phone call back. They must be that busy that they dont bother calling new clients back. How very unprofessional!! A salon that doesnt want new clients I have no interest in anyway.

Awesome salon. Rachael dies a great job with my color and cut everytime. They have several great stylists and even someone for the men. Give them a try you won't be sorry....

I told my husband the salon had hired a barber recently. My husband gave it a shot this afternoon and couldn't be more impressed. James was very efficient and professional and my husband will definitely be returning.

Bonnie at their Marysville location is such a sweetheart -- and a wonderful hairstylist! She goes above and beyond to made sure you leave with exactly what you want. She's friendly, knowledgeable, warm, a good conversationalist, and she was so patient with my mom while she was able to get into the shop. I always leave feeling pampered. The only complaint I have is with the location of the Marysville shop. The entrance has tall steps, and no H/C access. Parking in front of the shop is very limited. Their Enola location is H/C accessible.

Went in with somewhat of an idea on what I wanted and Morgan asked all the right questions to give me my amazing new hair cut. Very nice, clean salon with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Great staff and all the ladies do beautiful cuts and color. I'm always happy with my hair after a trip to Bella Donna's and I always get compliments on my cut.
