Hi I am David founder of Country Side Inspection (CSI). If you have found that perfect home to buy or looking to sell your home, you have come to the right place for a home inspection. CSI is the key to saving you money by visibly identifying problem areas before buying or selling a home. I personally perform each home inspection myself and will always give you the utmost personal attention you deserve.

Larger firms with multiple inspectors cannot always guarantee such personal attention. I inspect each home as if I were buying it myself. I am a licensed Professional Inspector who adheres to the strict Standards of Practice of the Texas Real Estate Commission for home inspectors in Texas. Trec license no.

About
Report
Hello I am David founder of Country Side Inspection. I have been involved in the residential and commercial construction business for many years. I understand how important it is for home buyers to have an educated and licensed home inspector to assist them with their home buying decision. When most people go in a house, they look at how it is decorated and how it is laid out, but do not look at potential problems.
Types of Inspections
Report
The most common home inspection performed in the industry is the pre-purchase home inspection. Once an offer is made on the property, the buyer normally takes the responsibility for hiring a professional home inspector for verification of the condition of the property. The home inspection is bought and paid for by the buyer.

Feel free to accompany me throughout all or part of the inspection. I strongly encourage you to accompany me at the end of the home inspection so that you may ask questions and gain a better understanding of the systems in the home and the issues on the home. For a quote or to schedule an inspection call 832-595-5538 or e-mail david@CountrySideInspection.com.

Report
A home inspection is a complete visual, unbiased examination of all the systems and physical structural elements of a home. Our emphasis is on identifying existing or potential problems that would affect the buying decision. A home is the largest purchase most people will make. It only makes sense to find out as much as you can about the house you are interested in before you buy.
