Crestwood Pharmacy opened its doors in March of 2005. Jagat "Jay" Patel had the vision to bring back traditional values while merging that "old school" feel with modern technology. With this dream and desire to provide quality service, he dared to open a pharmacy from scratch. Jay considers Albany to be his home.
