Please call 48 hours in advance to confirm this appointment. Follow the shampooing instructions in your Starter Kit. Most importantly, be sure to BUNDLE: Braid sections of your hair together, tuck the ends, and secure with a rubber band PRIOR to shampooing. Rinsing is very important. SEPARATE your locks from the root after your shampoo.
