Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center (FSRC) was established in 1989 and is the leader in outpatient rehabilitation services in the area. Located in the Midwest Professionals Building, FSRC is the region's only Medicare certified comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility.
The team at FSRC consists of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, speech therapists, and rehab technicians.In addition, an orthopedic surgeon, social worker, and orthotists / prosthetist are on staff.
