These folks were great. They treated me like a human being not a number. I previously have been dealing with CVS and Walgreens. Neither one of those had my prescription. They did not tell the doctor that the prescription was not in the store. They kept delaying me and waited till 4:45 p.m. to notify me that the prescription was not available. Very important medication that I needed to take every day finally after 5 days I canceled and looked around for an independent pharmacy and found Burns pharmacy in Morrisville. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is tired of being treated

I am always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness from Pete and his entire staff. The staff is always patient and happy to help me with questions I may have about my medications or refills. Only Good Vibes at Burns Pharmacy, would not think of going to anywhere else

Pete, the new Owner, he's awesome, funny, and very helpful. He's hands on rite there when you need him. He will work with you your doctor's other pharmacys. The great staff from before are all there too. Anything you need Burns Pharmacy and Pete are there FOR YOU!! shhhh they also sell scratch offs and lottery tickets!! But tell everyone lol

I had a great experience with Burns Pharmacy! I am a new customer and was dealing with an emergency for my son. The staff was beyond amazing. I called ahead to see if they had a certain medication in stock and Jenna answered the phone. She was so efficient and took the time to check their inventory and collect all my information ahead of time so that everything would be ready when I came into pick up the prescription. She had even offered to call my insurance ahead of time to get an over ride so that I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket. I didnt even have to ask, it was just offered up front

Was asking a polite question and was being rushed off the phone and hung up on! I could never recommend a pharmacy that will not listen to a customer!! Was looking to transfer our business, I'll keep looking!
