"luxury" apartments. I don't associate having to here the pipes everytime someone in another apartment flushes to living in luxury. Also, parking here is absolutely terrible. If you have one vehicle per household and don't ever plan on having any visitors who need a space to park, this place is for you!

I was driving into the complex and the gate was open. It started closing when I was most of the way through. It completely tore off my rearview mirror. Management posted a sign that they're not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the gate but the gate does not detect people Vehicles when coming in and out. Beware!

We have been here 2 1/2 yrs ...Awesome community! Outstanding Staff! Well maintained indoors and out! ! Quiet, with an exception of a few ducks,Geese and a crane or 2 in the 6 Lakes, if you like wildlife, you'll love it here . Great sidewalk system around 6 separate lakes. This community is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Caring and helpful staff.
This place has multiple lakes and is surrounded by one of best places to eat and shop. Everything is pretty much inside 1 mile radius.
I would recommend taking a tour of this community if u are planning to move. The only improvement I can think about is Gym but other than that everything is pretty cool about it.

I was sad to leave this place when I had to move out of state. The staff at this complex have been so easy to work with, from application to move-out. They've been nothing but friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. The apartment itself was spacious, easy to call home, and fairly priced. If I ever needed a maintenance request, orders were taken care of quickly and painlessly. I'm hoping my new place will be as nice as San Montego.

I really do no understand why anybody would rate this apartment complex under four star. For a start the management team is really waiting to go the extra mile. Here is an example: when I first moved in about two months ago the property was great, the apartment was nice but my cooking was not. I set off the co2 detector which triggered the burglar alarm which led to chaos overnight. I wish I was joking but no I'm not. I called the office probably a least five times. In the morning after I went to work they called me to let me know they were taking care of the issue. After they fixed my problem

I moved into an upgraded one bdrm in August of 2016.
Moved out Nov of 2016. Yes, it DID cost me a pretty penny to break lease but worth it.
I informed mgmnt at time of movein, I was visually impaired. I requested more light in the kitchen but nothing would be done. I leased a south east exposure which was my fault as the heat was intense. I asked management if I could have sunscreens and I offered to pay. No deal. I noticed another unit had actually black windows. I found management to be totally inflexible. I also requested trucks not back in impeding the walkway. Several times, when walking

Enjoying a great day at the pool with residents. Red head from the office came out and threw a fit about people having beer in aluminum cans. Signs say no glass nothing about alcohol. What a joke when people think they are in charge. No wonder the apartments aren't at capacity and the property is run down. Shot

Beautiful well kept grounds. Staff is friendly and includes the community in several gatherings throughout the year. They are very appreciative of their residents. Maintenance is wonderful and is there within 24 hours even if it's just to change a lightbulb or replace an AC filter. Is very peaceful and the location is excellent. The walking path around the lakes are great.

When you make a request for filters or any repair the workers respond quickly.
There are walking paths so that you may walk or even jog. I feel very secure here, which is a plus.
There are children that reside here as well as pets. Most pick up after their pets, this is so appreciated by their neighbors.

I have lived here for almost a year and I love it. I have a three bedroom apartment and will be downsizing to a two bedroom and I plan on staying here. Office staff are professional and friendly as well as the maintenance people. The grounds are well kept, and anytime I needed something fixed in my apartment they were right on it. True, most of the apartments are a little outdated but they are still clean and taken care of. I have never had a bug problem living here.
