Fifteen years working the professional hair product arena as an educator and platform artist have shaped his approach. As Artistic Director, Rand brings Method + Madness over 25 years of experience as a master stylist, premier colorist and Chicago salon owner. Training younger stylists, he developed new methods for cutting with precision and detail. Rand has an extensive background in color theory, which led to him teaching advanced color application and techniques for L'Oreal.
