Your deliver system is hit and miss, was told that med pack for my wife was suppose to be delivered yesterday and called and said it would be today, 1:00 PM and no delivery! We shouldnt have to wait two days for meds! My wife has been getting meds for 20-30 years from you, update, ty for waiving the 10.00 fee this month.

Good at sending supplies for the first few months then they just stop sending them out. Customer service was not always helpful. Will not ever use them again for anything.

Very disapointed in how the pharmacy handled COVID vaccinations. They picked and chose the elligible populations which they gave vaccinations to. Called and asked about getting a vaccine multiple times and they said they would only do 65+ year old active customers. The next day they posted on their website celebrating that they gave half of their doses to school staff, who according to the state phase system were further down the priority list than me. Really? Ended up going out of town for the vaccination. So much for supporting a small town business.

WARNING! Home medical equipment department does not actually verify with your insurance that the product is covered. They use a cheat sheet of what is typically covered and then you end up with an incredibly large bill to pay.
