The mission statement of Fish Destin is to provide you with the best charter boats and the best crews in Destin, Florida. Fish Destin Charter Service is a locally owned and operated charter fishing Reservation Company. Fish Destin is owned and operated by Capt. Mike and Kathy Eller and has been booking quality fishing charters since 1995.
Fishing

We bottom fish year round. In the colder months we fish further offshore 20+ miles for amberjacks and reef fish. So in February our charters are at least 6 and need to be at least 8 hours so we can get offshore to live bait fish in deeper water. In March we start running family charter boat trips. 4 and 5 hour trips deep sea reef fishing for vermillion snappers, triggerfish and white snappers.

Our 1st mates will take extra good care of your children, so the parents can enjoy themselves too. When deep sea fishing or inshore & bay fishing with young children we have a "can do" attitude! Nothing makes a 1st mate happier than to have a child catch that big fish all by themselves (or with a little help).

2 & 3 Day Fishing

We are able to fish for a multitude of different offshore and deep water species on the same trip. Typically we will do a combination of deep water live bait fishing for big reef fish like amberjacks, groupers and snappers, we can swordfish at night while drifting in 1,500 to 3,000 ft of water. We have the option to tuna fish for yellow fin tuna and dolphin fish around the floating oil rigs in the Gulf as well.
