Wise Locksmith

My mail box key copied at Lowes and home depot did not work. The shape looked the same but there must have been small discrepancies. Wise took the copies and made it work the first time. It was fast and cost effective. They even offered to make the key again if I had bought the entire lock. It was not needed but it was reassuring one way or another it was going to get handled. I bought more keys and will do all my business going forward with them.

I lost my keys so called around to different locksmiths most said that I had bring the car in to have a new key made and to program it. The last place I called was able to come in between jobs a couple of hours. Michael was there earlier than expected was able cut a key before he came and was able to program very quickly, very professional.

I locked my keys in my car at a park far away from my home and far from my spare key. They were very professional and patient with me over the phone and responded timely.

Went in for a quick rekeying of a couple of doorknobs. Even while juggling a lot of different responsibilities the guy who helped me was extremely courteous, friendly, personable, and efficient. I never felt like a bother. He was just as great over the phone too, which is appreciated. The job was simple, but he still took the time to explain things to me and double check that I got everything I needed.

EDIT: The provider reached out to me and mentioned that there might be a confusion while scheduling. The appointment was not for 10 am but a 10-11 am window. However there was still a little bit of rush during scheduling which would probably explain this confusion. I'd like to mention again that the work that was done was top notch. I want to support this business during these tough times of pandemic.

My car key snapped in the ignition while I was trying to leave Subway so I called Wise Locksmith as I had heard great things about them from my friends and family. They were attentive, punctual and unlocked my car, got the broken key out of the ignition, made me a new key and programmed it within 30 minutes. Michael was the one that came and helped me with everything. He was personable, kind and extremely skilled. I highly recommend!

Based on numerous suggestions from my facebook community group I picked them to do some work for me. I am very satisfied with the job, the work so done based on what's performed and not by the hour, and the tech took time to do everything right with great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I have two blank VW car keys need to be cut(cut only, don't need to program). I saw Wise Locksmith has very good rating on yelp and one of reviews said his car key cutting cost is $6/each. Drove 20 minutes to their shop, they told me the price is $49 each key. Asked why? The answer is because my keys have to get "laser cut" and laser cutting is expensive. I left without using their services.

I believe the "laser cut" is just a way to make extra profit from customers. And I'm right, because at the end, I cut the keys by myself using a non-laser-cutting machine. The

I got my transponder keys cut and programmed with my car. It was fast and decently inexpensive. He even took the time to answer my annoying questions about using physical keys for my keyless car.

Side-note: Before I went in, I talked to them on the phone a couple times and the service was kind of off-putting. I wasn't sure if they were actually going to be helpful, try to rip me off, or even wanted my business. But once I showed up in person the service was great with no hassle.

This is probably the best example of a good locksmith company. Josh showed up in about 20 minutes, opened my car in about a minute, took my payment and was very courteous and professional the entire time. Easy and fun to talk to.
The rates are extremely good for this industry - $89 + tax instead of the average of $120 + tax - especially given the speed and quality of service.
If you're within their radius, they're your best bet. I can't find anything to complain about.
