Always excellent service and great staff. Derek is always friendly and happy to help, nothing is ever any bother, even when I ask to order in specific frames hes made sure I get them. The staff have always been great with my children too, really making them feel at ease throughout testing and when choosing their frames.

Recently visited the store, was very clean and tidy inside. Very warm welcome by staff, particularly Janine, was such an easy visit getting my eyes tested. Never felt any pressure to buy glasses, was given all the information I needed in order to understand what the best option for my self was. 10/10 recommended. Will absolutely be back!

Specsure was recommended by my neice as they look after my two Great Nephews eyes. I had fantastic service from all who dealt with me. I saw Derek twice who made sure my glasses were perfect before I left the shop,and said if any problems not to hesitate to go back. They had a fantastic range of glasses, and this is now my forever optician

The staff are very well trained. Very friendly and nothing is a bother. The last few times i have been, Derek has helped me with appointments and finding the right frames for me. He is always friendly, approachable and makes you feel comfortable.
