Our Day One Center offers a calm atmosphere where friendly staff help clients start their recovery process.
Foundations Withdrawal Management

All services are provided under the oversight of a local MD and recovery-trained nurse practitioners. The facility is continuously staffed by nurses with expertise in the recovery process and withdrawal management. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) available on-site and ongoing into lower-levels of care as needed, following a medically-managed taper.

For men & women 18+ currently experiencing a mental health crisis who are seeking mental stability to begin their recovery journey. We are a residential facility specializing in providing care for individuals experiencing substance use and mental health related emergencies. The Crisis Center is a community resource for individuals experiencing acute substance use and mental health related emergencies.
