Kirk and his staff are one of a kind. They are happy to help you without being pushy sales people. Thought I had an issue with a watch that I had purchased from Kirk's Jeweler's about a year prior but Kirk was able to help me, explain the mechanism of the watch and was just a gentleman about the whole thing. Would encourage anyone and everyone to visit the store and you will see that they have excellent product offerings and their customer service is second to none.

I bought a bracelet here under the impression that it was gold, it was not.. I figured this out when the gold wore off. The bracelet broke and paid almost what I paid for the bracelet to have it fixed. Had my Bulova watch adjusted here as well.. it was fine however the service was not the most friendly. Just go to Jared's or Kays out in Buffalo... heck, the jewelry counter at Walmart will have friendlier service. I do not need to spend my money and also receive a side of snootiness.

I haven't been to many Jewelers - so this might not be completely accurate, but based on what I do know - this place is top notch!
I'm going to first start with Colleen - our salesperson. She was extremely friendly and professional and didn't rush us nor push us. She listened to what we wanted and then proceeded to assist rather then go for the sale!
The shop is more then just jewelry too! They have some rather nice gifts - amazing clocks if you are into them and some great deals going on right now. The shop also has a nice little place that appears is perfect for the kiddos and
