We ordered windows in June/July of 2021 for a home we were renovating. We knew with everything going on that, it would be a few months to get windows. When we ordered the windows, we were told Mid November. November crept up and around Mid November, we were told early December. Then, we were told December 20th. This was confirmed a few days prior. December 20th is a Monday. We planned all weekend to have the new windows installed Dec. 20th because that was what we were told. We moved into the home even with boarded up window holes because we figured, it is only for a few days. Then on December

The staff is amazing! Very happy with the service and installation of my two new bottom window panes. Claire & her service team were very professional and did a neat and tidy job. I hope I do not experience any more seal failure but if I do I know who to call!

I had the best experience with Universal Window Solutions and Kendall Brown! Kendall is professional, kind and quick to respond! I emailed Kendall for assistance with an estimate and he ensured I received that quote within 30 minutes. After I received the estimate, he scheduled the install date and time for two days later. The install was quick and seamless! Kendall Brown is AMAZING!

I received 3 estimates for my house and finally chose universal. Im so glad I did. They have great reviews and I know why. Sherry contacted me to schedule my install and it went exactly how she said. She made me feel comfortable with all the questions I had about the install. The rep was awesome but the behind the scene is what matters. Definitely deal with sherry as she actually calls customers back and is extremely helpful during the whole process.
