Steamboat Dog Spa is insured and licensed by the State of Colorado, Department of Agriculture Pet Animal Care Facilities Act. All of our groomers are Certified Professional Groomers with almost two decades of experience and are certified in Animal CPR by the American Red Cross. Steamboat Dog Spa is a member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America (NDGAA) and the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association.

All dogs receive a nail filing and pad hair trim, a double cleansing bath using all natural shampoos, canine massage throughout the bath, "facial" with all natural cleanser, specialized hydration ("hot oil") treatment conditioner for their individual coat and skin type, ear cleaning, sanitary cleanse, blow dry and brush out.

Steamboat Dog Spa welcomed her in the summer of 2019, coming back to grooming full time after a short hiatus. Emerald's background as a Professional Groomer with more than 6 years experience includes both corporate grooming salons (PetCo), independently owned salons and dog boarding/day care facilities.
