Reg Aplin, the owner of Aplin Homes, has not only been one of the top home builders in Lake Jackson he is also one of the leading developers. With subdivisions such as Northwood and Red Oak Court he has created neighborhoods that are family friendly and well laid out. Creekside is his newest community providing Lake Jackson with much needed lots available for building. Low Lake Jackson taxes, BISD award winning schools and plenty of shopping and dinning choices make Creekside a great choice. Creekside Subdivision is the most dynamic and fastest growing community in the Brazoria County area.

My husband and I purchased a new home built by Aplin Homes May 2015. We have lived in our home for nearly a year now. Working with Reg Aplin and his crew has been very pleasant. Reg very much takes pride in the homes he builds. Our experience with Reg and his staff has been that they are honest, they keep their word, they communicate well, and they do quality work. They are also quick to resolve any issues with the work and miscommunications. We are pleased we chose Aplin Homes and would do it again.
