LS Men's Clothing's modest beginnings date back to 1954, as a family run business. We were one of the original discounters of fine ready-made men's clothing from such houses as Oxxford, Hickey Freeman, Southwick and Kilgore, French, and Stanbury to name a few. These were suits that were featured only in the finest department stores and Madison Avenue haberdashers.

We are located in Midtown Manhattan in New York City, minutes from Rockefeller Center, Broadway and Times Square. The area is also known as the Theater District and is right around the corner from the Diamond District. If you are traveling by train, take the B, D, V or F train to 47-50 Rockefeller Center station, or the 4,6 or 7 train to 42nd street Grand Central Station.

You have decided that you need to add some new clothing to your old ensembles and want to have made-to-measure custom clothing. You come up to LS Men's Clothing and custom suits and are greeted by Izzy, the proprietor. In order to understand your taste and to guide you along the process, he will ask a few questions to get a better view of what you want.

After the initial process of taking your measurements and selection of fabrics, we proceed to choose a proper model for you that will achieve the comfort, elegance and proper fit. Trying on actual sample jackets and trousers of various models will make the decision process that much easier.
Higher arm holes or roomier arm holes, tapered jacket or fuller cut, athletic model or classic cut, pleated or non-pleated pants, tapered or fuller leg treatment.The model you choose for your made-to-measure suit has to make you feel comfortable and confident that you look and feel your best. Hand stitching in the armholes and other strategic areas of movement, will assure you the comfort of mobility.
