I love the place, but recently purchased a home in PS, now trying to sell the Timeshare which I bought in 2016 through in-house real estate agents, using their title choice of Stewart Title. Now First American Title will not accept their deed, big mess trying to resolve the problem, no one is taking responsibility. They blame Intercity Escrow--guess what Stewart Title owns them. Obviously, very frustrated. Any ideas?

I parked my car where someone else has been and some Karen left a note on my vehicle about fresh oil and 12lbs of cat litter...FIRST of all, when did she witness the oil running from my car and 2, I didn't think checking in to a time share waz under a magnifying glass...if you want to have peace away from home, spend your money at Motel 6, instead...

We chose from the Preset Lunch menu, Glass of Champagne, Coffee, 6 main choices to choose, from Eggs Benedict, Vegetable Fritata, Chicken, Salmon Salad and more, Bowl of Soup or Salad and Desert. Excellent Deal, reasonably priced.
Reservations suggested, Excellent friendly, professional staff and waiters. Old School Palm Springs charm at the Tennis Club.
