Founded in 1966, Time Equities, Inc. ("TEI") has been in the real estate investment, development, and asset and property management business for more than 50 years. TEI currently holds in its own portfolio approximately 35.8 million square feet of residential, industrial, office and retail property including about 5,500 multi-family apartment units, approximately 53,000 square feet in pending acquisitions, and 1.4 million square feet of various property types in stages of pre-development and development.

The TEI residential team manages 20 buildings in the tri-state area. Our sales and rental listings range from co-ops and condos to apartments and lofts. We've been in this business a long time and understand what it means to be a world-class residential brokerage.

We have overseen the conversion of more than 125 rental buildings containing over 10,000 units to cooperative and condominium housing and handles the rental and renewal leasing for 20 apartment buildings.We also diligently coordinate with a wide-ranging team of professionals within the legal, accounting, design and construction, property management and insurance divisions on a project or asset management basis.
Office Leasing

We provide a hands-on approach from the initial showing all the way through to the end of the lease. We hold an extensive portfolio of office space in Manhattan. We offer the property owners a full-service approach to building management for buildings of all sizes. Our in-house design and architecture team consistently improves its managed office buildings with modern installations and focused design.
