What a great experience I had at Bristol Toyota, from start to finish! Not only did they actually have the exact vehicle I was looking for, they worked with me and my budget to make it possible for me to buy it. From the front desk to the sales staff (Bob M) to the finance dept (Eric)- they went out of their way to make this a positive experience. I went to 2 other Toyota dealerships with no luck- and then I found Bristol Toyota. I highly recommend giving them a look when youre in the market for a great car.

Bristol Toyota was a breath of fresh air after a month of searching throughout New England for a new car that would suit our family's needs. A deer totaled my Accord in December. I knew I wanted a hybrid SUV. After a horrible experience trying to purchase a car through another dealer who used sleazy sales tactics and completely turned me off, I put a deposit down on a CRV that was set to deliver in early January. That car kept getting delayed and couldn't be delivered for months. We needed a car and couldn't wait. I then began looking at Toyota Venza's. Like all new cars right now, they too were

Went to Bristol Toyota on a recommendation ftom a friend. Our salesman Jes B. was great. Had to pay upfront for the dealership to get the title to the car we were getting rid of. Was told once the dealership got the title we would be reimbursed what we paid up front. We bought our Rav4 in January 2021 and I'm still fighting with them for my refund. Also spoke to the General Sales Manager Keith Lincoln and all I'm getting is the run around. I will never buy another car from Bristol Toyota. Jim the finance person and Keith the sales manager are not trustworthy. Please do not do business with Bristol
