Hello, I'm Bill Arsenault, the owner and manager of the company. I have spent the better part of three decades establishing and operating businesses successfully in a myriad of diverse industries. I believe if one is to be successful in business, as well as in life, one must be able to see things from the perspective of others.

This comes through listening and observing. One learns what to do and what not to do. Honesty must come from within, and act as a matrix for all other thoughts and actions in life. I firmly believe we are all, each and every one of us, searching for honesty in everyone we meet. This is especially true when we are making important business decisions, which involve our privacy and our money.
