Award-Winning Wines & Craft Beers at White Springs Winery
White Springs Winery was founded in 2003 when Carl Fribolin planted 13 acres of grapes to address soil erosion on his familys historic farmland. Over two decades, the vineyard expanded to 40 acres of premium vinifera grapes, establishing a reputation for award-winning wines. In 2017, Jody Earle and David DeMarco acquired the winery, continuing its legacy of crafting exceptional wines and offering a relaxed, scenic experience overlooking Seneca Lake. Our team combines generations of agricultural expertise with a passion for viticulture, ensuring every bottle reflects the regions terroir. We pride ourselves on sustainable practices, innovative partnerships, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. From our historic roots to modern-day operations, we prioritize quality, authenticity, and hospitality. Our tasting room features over 35 wines, locally crafted beers, and hard cider, catering to diverse palates. With shipping available to more than 35 states, we bring Finger Lakes flavors to wine enthusiasts nationwide. Is it possible to leave no stars?! Just went here, the place was empty, but because there were 3 couples, they turned us away and said no more than 4 people at a time. Not very business savvy .

My wife and I were visiting eight wineries on the northern end of Seneca Lake. This winery we visited on the second day. We loved this place. All the white wines that we tasted were excellent. We ended up buying five bottles of wine of all different types here. We also bought their five glass holder to display our wine glasses. We will be back next year.

Made a reservation for an engagement party and were denied entry because they did not prepare for our reservation. Very disappointing & unprofessional.

We did a tasting and had a few glasses. We had flown in on vacation so we could only purchase what could fit in our check bag. The wine was so amazing, we ended up ordering a case online while we were in the airport coming home from our trip. The music, atmosphere, and service was awesome. They had a local musician who was singing while switching between playing an acoustic guitar and a keyboard.
He was great. The patio was nice and most of the tables had umbrellas for some shade relief. Onto the wine. The Riesling and the Traminette were amazing. We tasted several Rieslings and Traminettes from

This was one of my favorite wineries on our tour. This was our second stop of the day. They just opened and were not busy at all and everyone was super nice, talkative, and knowledgeable. They helped us take our wines outside to enjoy and I just felt so welcomed. Beautiful seating inside and out and the view was nice as well.
Wines were very tasty too. I bought 4 different wines. Which is very good for me. They had a large selection and something for everyone. I would love to come back.
