Failed to deploy outriggers (stabilizing metal arms on side of apparatus) properly, failed to use any outrigger pads and punched through concrete driveway section. Originally told me this happens occasionally and his 'concrete guy' would be in touch to repair. (CONTRARY TO OWNER'S WIFE'S RESPONSE TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: there was no 'liability waiver' paperwork which accounts for their failure to produce any.) The 'concrete guy' failed to return multiple calls. When Ultimate Tree Service returned to cut trees at my neighbor's, one of the trees fell onto my fence. They attempted to blame it on

I have read great reviews for this company and wish I could do the same, however, they have been unresponsive to me twice. I requested estimates in the spring of 2018 and they did not follow through. I tried again in this July for another project, calling twice and left messages. At the end of the month I did get a call back and was told I would get called the next week to set up an appointment. They never called.

Best service, performance, value and reliability I have come across in a skilled trade. And when I say skilled, I mean ridiculously skilled. Off the charts. Amy is top-notch in her operation management. And Ray and his guys are tremendously hard-working and accommodating on every job.

Great service-from the quote to the cleanup. They showed up on time, reviewed what they were going to do, then got to work! Their heavy equipment barely left tracks in the yard and they left all the mulch exactly where I wanted it! I had 4 trees and 5 stumps removed-finished it all in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was impressed at how efficiently the crew worked. They cleaned up well and even racked up remaining leaves. The owner and his guys were all very nice. I’ll never use anyone but Ultimate Tree Service again!
