Do not use this company. I had an inspection done on a house I was going to buy in Kansas in April of 2016 and Todd the inspector missed many, many issues. So many in fact I had to back out of the deal, ultimately did not buy the house, and lost hundreds of dollars as a result of this company's incompetence. Todd did not report obvious issues such as the electrical breaker panel falling out of the wall, the cracked and broken tile floor in the kitchen, the loose and unanchored banister; and that's just to name a few. Those issues and many others were not in the inspection report. I felt

When an inspection is performed, it is a visual inspection of that day. If termites weren't there during the inspection and then 2 days later, termites show up, Inspectors can't be held responsible for that. Also, if there is structural damage, Inspectors can only inspect what they can see and if they couldn't see it due to it being blocked or another reason, they again can't be held responsible. If they would have thought they missed something, they would have refunded your money and if what you claim actually happened, I am sure you would have brought suit and won, but I don't see anything about
