Located behind the event center is a special place for you to prepare with your friends and family. Sit on the cabin porch and enjoy the lake side breeze. Community HS held our Homecoming Dance at the facility this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We had a great turnout and the students and administration were very impressed.

Bear Creek Ranch is named for a creek that provided life to the farming community here in southeastern Collin County. In recent past, the ranch was named the Silver Bar Ranch, and in its colorful history hosted country music legend George Strait in a private concert. The Foust family is proud to have preserved the barn and ranch buildings for the enjoyment of celebrations only limited to ones imagination.

The bridal cabin was built for the bride's special day. She can enjoy the cabin all day with her family and bridesmaids. Enjoy the moment before you walk down the path to the pergola to meet your special someone. The spiral staircase will bring you upstairs to an amazing loft for more room to prepare for your special day!
